Our goal is to fill the audience with as many Indigenous people as possible. This event was initiated by Four Directions and in honor of Frank LaMere (1950-2019), a lifelong Winnibego activist and community organizer who made great strides in Sioux City and beyond. It is hosted by Four Directions and the Native Organizers Alliance.
